Tracy Gallup works in both two and three dimensions creating doll-like figures and paintings which come to life in her stories. Picture books written and illustrated by Tracy include A Roomful of Questions, Stone Crazy, Shell Crazy, Tree Crazy, Snow Crazy and King Cat published by Mackinac Island Press, a division of Charlesbridge.
In 1997 Tracy illustrated a book of poetry titled Beastly Banquet, written by Peggy Munsterberg and published by Dial Books for Young Readers.

School Visits

Tracy is available to do presentations for schools, other organizations, and events. Her talk includes a slide presentation of the progression of her dolls, paintings, and illustrations over the past 25 years, and her thoughts on creative expression, finding a personal voice and one's place in the arts. The length of the presentation is 45 to 60 minutes and includes time for questions and answers. It is appropriate for all ages.
